Fencing comes in a variety of styles, each has its particular use. All styles have numerous variations to suit the individual garden or landscape setting. Closeboard or Featherboard
Closeboard Fencing, sometimes called Overlapping or Featherboard
Fencing is one of our most popular types of timber fencing, providing privacy security with it’s solid boarded effect. Constructed using loose components
allowing us to tailor to your area, choose from combinations of various options with counter rail capping or trellis. Standard bay widths of 1.8m or 2.4m,
although non standard heights and bay widths may be recommended to suit your location. Available with sturdy timber posts or with concrete post options.
Shown here is Vertical Closeboard bespoke wooden fencing supported by horizontal rectangular rails fixed to wooden posts and top capping. Closeboard fencing
will save you money in the long run because it is designed to last longer than Panel fencing. All our sourced timber is Longlast Pressure treated and comes
with either a 15 or 25 year Guarantee!
Fence Panels
Fence Panels can transform the look and feel of a
garden without spending a fortune! We have a large range of panels to suit every garden. Chose either timber or concrete posts. The timber panels can be installed
with either vertical or horizontal slats. Shown here is Vertical Closeboard wooden panelled fencing with diamond trellis, slotted into concrete posts with horizontal
concrete gravel board.
Palisade Fencing
Palisade Fencing, often known as Picket Fencing
provides a highly practical yet unobtrusive barrier for keeping children and animals away from hazards such as ponds and swimming pools. Palisade fencing is
quintessentially English and adds a touch of style to any garden. Palisade is available in Round, Pointed or Flat top palisade options with posts machined to match.
‘Sawn’ finish is suitable for most applications and would be installed on standard rectangular rails. We can also offer an upgrade to ‘Planed finish which is more
suited to public applications such as Schools or Playgrounds. Bespoke and non standard heights can also be accommodated.
Post and Rail Fencing
Post and Rail Fencing is a versatile option of
fencing that can be used for agricultural applications, in fields, parks, gardens and on equestrian sites. Post and rail fencing is the choice of many for its
attractive and quaint style and the 'open plan' finish which it delivers. It can be combined with stock mesh and or wire to form a robust animal barrier.
